Description
Convert head-curve data files with this tool. tocr can convert the head-curve data file from ECAT HR+ (*.r) or HRRT (*.hc) to count-rate (.cr) file format, that is suitable for correction of time-delay between blood/plasma and tissue TACs. CR data will be corrected for physical decay.
